The ACG Austin/San Antonio 2026 Deal of the Year Award
ACG Austin/San Antonio’s annual Deal of the Year Award focuses on celebrating the booming middle-market deal community in Central Texas. As in past years, we will spotlight growing companies and honor the deals and dealmakers who drive M&A resulting in economic and corporate growth, strategic impact, capital formation and the advancement of meaningful business relationships.
Our award presentation will be held on Sept. 16th, 2026 from 6PM-8:30PM at the Headliner’s Club (221 West 6th St., Suite 2100, Austin, TX 78701). ACG Austin/San Antonio will host an evening of informal networking, wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres and great conversation as we recognize Texas Middle Market Investors for their contributions to the Central Texas economy.

- The acquisition of the Underground Locating Division of Heath Consultants by USIC, a portfolio company of Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Kohlberg
- The acquisition of Heldenfels Enterprises, Inc. (HEI) by Metromont, LLC, a Markel Company
