2026 ACG Austin/San Antonio Deal of the Year Award

ACG Austin/San Antonio’s annual Deal of the Year Award focuses on celebrating the booming middle-market deal community in Central Texas. As in past years, we will spotlight growing companies and honor the deals and dealmakers who drive M&A resulting in economic and corporate growth, strategic impact, capital formation and the advancement of meaningful business relationships.

Transactions submitted for a Deal of the Year Award nomination must have a reasonable relationship to the Central Texas area (between Round Rock to San Antonio).

Nominated companies need to accept their nomination and complete the Confidential Nominee Form to be eligible for consideration for the 2026 Award.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Confidential Nominee Form Deadline: Friday, August 7th, 2026 @ 12Noon CST
• Awards Ceremony & Toast: Wed. Sept. 16th from 6PM-8:30PM at Headliner’s Club (221 West 6th St., Suite 2100, Austin, TX 78701)
